Aquael Mini UV Internal Ultraviolet Lamp
Ultraviolet lamp in a mini version, ideal for small aquariums, shrimp tanks and the like, compatible with the internal filters of the FANFILTER, UNIFILTER, TURBOFILTER, CIRCULATOR range.
Its special conical shape and its assembly at the filter outlet, guarantees a perfect purification of the water and rids it of dangerous and annoying microorganisms such as bacteria or protozoa that can do so much damage to the inhabitants of the aquarium.
It is also effective against algae that can contaminate the water in our aquarium, making it greenish and cloudy.
It is very easy to install and maintain, as it has an independent current connector it can be turned on and off at will.

Mounting
The MINI UV adapter is used to mount it directly on the outlet nozzles of the FAN, UNIFILTER, TURBOFILTER and PAT MINI filters. You can see the mounting shape32323;"> in the schematic below.
The conservation of the device consists only in the periodic cleaning of the interior of the module under running water, all with the aim of eliminating the residues that accumulate in it. Depending on the conditions of use (water temperature, quality of current voltage) UV diodes can have a different degree of wear.
Taking as reference normal use conditions in the aquarium , after about 10,000 hours, the UV diodes will lose 20% of their power. After this time, the user has to decide for himself based on his own observations, if this level of radiation is sufficient to keep the container clean or if the MINI UV module has to be replaced with a new one.
