Aquael Versamax Mini External Filter

The Aquael Versamax Mini external filter is a small filter but it covers great needs .

Cascade filters combine the advantages of internal and external filters, they are easy to install and offer high versatility of use.

Specially designed for water filtration in nano aquariums, shrimp farms and small aquariums with a capacity of 10 to 50 liters.

It provides efficient water filtration, eliminating visible contamination, as well as producing a smooth movement of the water surface, ensuring efficient aeration, increasing the oxygen content in the tank.

Thanks to the external smooth performance controller, you won't have to put your hands

in the water to adjust performance to aquarium capacity.

The filter is delivered with a sponge and a wool cartridge. The cartridge can be replaced with optional filter media (Activated carbon + sponge + fleece or sponge + absorbent phosphate +

wool).

Optional cartridges, purchased separately, allow you to tailor the filter to your aquarium's specific requirements.

Installation and adjustment

The filter must be hung on the wall of the aquarium. To start up, fill the filter tank (9) with water and connect the cable to the socket.

A correctly mounted filter, shortly after being connected (approx. 1/2 min.), will expel the air from the circuit and start pumping the aquarium water.

Pump performance can be adjusted with knob (3) located on top of overflow assembly (2). The user has a wide range of adjustment. The angle of inclination of the filter is adjusted with a wheel (10).

The filter has a simple construction, it is easy to operate and maintain, even for hobby aquarists.

The filter sucks in water from the bottom of the aquarium, pumps it through the filter cartridges, and returns to the tank.

The filter cartridges contain a sponge made of phenol-free substances. The sponge facilitates the growth and development of colonies of bacteria, responsible for removing organic sediment from the fish tank.

The filter cartridge also contains flixelin that performs the mechanical filtering process.
