Lo compré para mis perros, para el verano. Y todavía no he conseguido abrir el tapón de ninguno de los dos, para rellenarlos de agua. Lo seguiré intentando.

    on 08/01/2021     Hola , he comprado recientemente este juguete y me es imposible abrirlo para llenarlo de agua , he perdido el cartoncito donde venía me pueden indicar cómo abrirlo , me imagino que va a rosca pero es imposible , gracias Answer:
    Buenas tardes, en uno de los extremos lleva el tapón a rosca como dice, si no puede abrirlo, póngase en contacto al 952 820 999, opción 2 en horario de mañana y los compañeros tomaran nota por si fuera un fallo de diseño de la mancuerna y por algún motivo no se abre correctamente, un saludo
