Dupla Fertilizer with Iron Plants Aquariums
Fertilizer for aquarium plants composed of iron and other trace elements such as manganese, copper, nickel, tin and iodine.
Iron is not only a vital trace element for plants , but for all living things. Plants need iron for the formation of ferredoxin, which plays a key role during photosynthesis. Without the trace element iron, a plant cannot form the essential chlorophyll. The result is that the leaves of the plants turn yellow and become stunted.
In the aquarium, an iron content between 0.1 – 0.2mg/l is ideal for plants and should be checked regularly. Aquatic plants need iron in a bivalent form . Through oxidation processes in the aquarium, iron is transformed into trivalent indissoluble compounds and they are not usable for plants
With just one daily dose, strong and healthy plant growth is promoted, preventing signs of deficiency and avoiding malformations of leaves and stems.
Effective even in aquariums with many plants.
