The Eheim 3581 fish feeder has an electronic programming control that allows you to select up to four daily meals. You can also choose a double portion of food if you want and, in addition, you can offer meals between meals at the touch of a button. The actively ventilated food chamber ensures food stays dry down to the last flake.
The feeder contains a small fan, which creates a fresh air current that keeps the food dry and in perfect condition for longer.
It has an automatic disconnection system and a warning system that informs you in the event that the batteries are running out.
In the case of feeding your fish with flakes and having selected a daily ration of food, you will not have to refill the feeder until after approximately 3 weeks. The frequency of meals is reduced when feeding the fish with granules or pellets, or in the case of increasing the number of daily meals.
