Fingerwood Root Terrariums

The root can be used immediately, without prior watering, in the aquarium or dry or jungle terrarium.
If the root does not sink immediately, you can weigh it down with a stone or other heavy object for 1-2 weeks so that it stays under water. During this time, the water can become slightly coloured, humic acid is released, which is appreciated by gernels and crabs in particular; algae growth is also inhibited.
