daily feeding guide
For adult dogs: These ranges are just a starting point. Your pet may need more or less food to maintain proper weight. Adjust as needed. If in doubt, or if you are administering Canine i/da to a puppy, consult your veterinarian.
With your veterinarian's approval, mix increasing amounts of your pet's new food with decreasing amounts of the old food over a 7-day period.
Divide the recommended daily amount into small portions throughout the day.
Canine i/d is also available in cans. It is not necessary to supplement with other foods and doing so may decrease its effectiveness. When using with Canine i/d canned, decrease the amount of dry food to avoid overfeeding.
