Psittacus Gel Lorys
Complete feed indicated for adult parrots of the Loriinae subfamily (loris and loriquitos). Contains highly digestible ingredients, specific to the diet of lories, to achieve maximum quality and palatability.
We recommend supplying Lory Gel simultaneously with Lory Nectar. Together, both products allow to adequately cover the particular nutritional needs of the different species of loris at all times, regulating by themselves the intake of more or less quantity of each product.
It is advisable to supply Lory Gel and Lory Nectar simultaneously in separate feeders. They will preferably be supplied dry, although they can also be offered mixed with water in the form of a creamy porridge.
It is important to clean the feeders daily. In hot environments, if the product is supplied diluted, it is advisable to renew the product more than once a day.
We recommend making fresh fruit available to the birds daily. It is not advisable to add any type of vitamin-mineral supplement to those parrots that basically feed on Lory Gel and Lory Nectar.

Daily consumption ranges between 7 and 10g of gel and nectar supplied dry, for every 100g of body weight.
