Food for parrots high energy formula


It is indicated for species that in the wild consume a significant amount of fruits and seeds of oil plants (macaws, gray parrots...).

 

It is also indicated as a formula to be used preferably during the process of replacing the seed-based diet. Finally, its use is advisable in periods of marked cold, stress situations and breeding.

 

Daily consumption ranges between 5 and 8% of the animal's weight. Medium-sized species (for example, the gray parrot) consume about 25-40 g.

PSITTACUS is formulated to constitute 100% of the parrot's food. But we recommend adding other foods to the diet (mainly fruit, fresh vegetables and occasionally seeds) to provide variety and entertainment. PSITTACUS does not have to go below 70% of the daily dry substance consumed.

 

 

It is not advisable to add any type of vitamin-mineral supplement to those parrots that basically feed on PSITTACUS .

It is advisable to renew the feed and water daily.

    Buenos días, la diferencia es que uno es papilla para polluelos y el otro es pienso, por lo menos los 2 Alta Energía que tenemos en la web.
