The Reptile Glo 10.0 Exo Terra fluorescent tube has a very high UVB power, being similar to that of desert environments. Desert areas receive more direct solar radiation than any other thanks to low cloudiness, low air humidity and the absence of plants or trees that provide shade.
For this reason, reptiles in desert environments
are more exposed to UV radiation than any other type of reptile. This fluorescent tube can also be used in terrariums with a mesh cover or terrariums with a dense mesh cover to ensure UVB penetration.
