Ph Alert is a unique color device designed to be placed in the aquarium to continuously measure and monitor the Ph level . A sensor changes color reversibly to alert you to changes in pH levels between 5.4 and 8.0. No tests, no strips, just constant readings. Can only be used in freshwater aquariums

Ph Alert lasts up to 4 times longer than competitive products. Ph Alert is also almost half the size of competing products (1.5" x 2.5"). It's small, clear and unobtrusive, so it won't affect the view of your aquarium.

Instructions for use

Simply place pH Alert conspicuously anywhere in the aquarium or filter. It is easy. No chemicals or testing procedures are required. When first put into service, the response time will be approximately 30 minutes. Thereafter, pH changes will be recorded within ten minutes.

No care is required beyond removing the algae with a clean, soft material. Avoid touching the sensor with your fingers, as skin oils can damage it. Do not use bleach, soap, detergents, or hard objects to clean the sensor. Some dye medications can discolor the sensor. For maximum sensitivity, the unit should be read under natural light or daylight simulating light.ween water changes use Seachem's Marine Trace™ or Reef Trace™.">
