This innovative filter brings together the advantages of three different filter elements in a single unit.

Model: 08309

Level 1: the water flows through the UVC system with 24 watts placed vertically in the filter. The E14 UVC lamps used form a unit with the corresponding reactance in front, a combination that greatly simplifies the change of the lamp at the end of its useful life. In addition, the system is thus clearly less susceptible to breakdowns than conventional UV clarifiers and consumes 65% less electricity. One more advantage: the floating algae, which reproduce very quickly and are the cause of the dreaded "green water", agglutinate effectively and without negative effects on the water.

Level 2: The water passes through a stainless steel grate screen with a 200 µm mesh where floating particles and excrement remains are removed immediately and efficiently. Below the screen, the water accumulates a large amount of oxygen.

Level 3: the water is evenly distributed in the biological chamber located at the bottom of the filter through the Matala mat. There, the already mechanically filtered water undergoes highly effective biological filtration. The sera siporax ® pond required for this process is already included!

This filter is weatherproof and does not need a protective roof or any other type of system to protect it from rain. It is made of high quality plastic and has connections for all common tube diameters (19 mm or ¾?, 25 mm or 1?, 32 mm or 1 ¼? and 40 mm or 1 ½?). Thanks to the included 10 m weatherproof cable, the sera KOI 12000 Professional Pond Filter is also suitable for large plots.
