SET SERA fertilization system with CO 2

Carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) stimulates the growth of all aquatic plants. The sera CO 2 fertilization system is very precise and has excellent quality. The easy-to-adjust and practical CO 2 supply stabilizes carbonate hardness in fresh and salt water.

The set contains:

  • sera CO 2 bottle (450 g of CO2), with quality-controlled external valve, with protective handle, wall bracket and standard connection (21.8 x 14). rechargeable.
  • sera flore CO 2 pressure reducer pressure reducer made in Germany, with precision needle valve. Reduce the cylinder pressure (approximately 50 - 60 bar) to the required operating pressure (0.1 - 2.5 bar).
  • sera flore pressurized CO 2 diffuser allows maximum dissolution of CO 2 in the water and thus prevents CO 2 losses
  • CO 2 tubing (5 m) and non-return valve prevents aquarium water from entering the CO 2 fertilization system
  • sera permanent CO 2 test for continuous monitoring of the CO 2 content in the water
  • sera florena 100 ml and sera flore daydrops 50 ml
  • adapter for single-use CO 2 bottles

Expandable with the seramic pH Controller to supply CO 2 and control the pH automatically or the
SERA CO 2 solenoid valve for automatic night shut-off in combination with a timer.

CO 2 needs differ depending on the type of plant. Slow growing plants often require little CO 2 (eg Anubias). Fast-growing plants such as the beautiful green Cabomba or the decorative red Nymphaea (Nymphaea lotus) require a very high supply of CO 2 .
