- SPECIFIC FPD Kitten is particularly suitable for feeding young growing kittens from weaning (at 5-6 weeks) to 8-12 months of age (depending on breed and possible neutering).
Thereafter, it can be changed to SPECIFIC FXD/FXW Adult or SPECIFIC FCD/FCW Struvite Management.
- SPECIFIC FPD Kitten is also suitable to meet the increased energy and nutritional requirements of pregnant or lactating cats.
-The pregnant cat requires approximately 1.5 times more food than usual. During lactation, nutritional requirements depend on the number of kittens and can be between 1.5 and 5 times higher than usual.
-Energy and nutritional requirements may increase during recovery from surgery, trauma, and anorexia. SPECIFIC FPD Kitten is a very suitable diet during these periods.
