Tetra HexaEx Treatment for Discus Fish
Tetra HexaEx treatment for tropical freshwater fish such as discus fish, problems with holes in the skin.
The symptoms of the disease are explained below:

symptoms tend to be quite generic at first. For example, the fish may retreat or change color (especially the darkening of the skin color of the fish in question).
Other signs include weight loss and jelly-like mucilaginous stools containing intestinal flagella visible under a microscope.
In advanced stages of the disease, holes and crater-like cavities may appear in the fish's skin, especially around the head ("hole in the head" disease).
Contraindications and side effects
A stranger. The animal owner is asked to report any new side effects to a veterinarian or veterinary pharmacist.
Attention: This treatment should not be applied with invertebrates inside the aquarium.
Dosage Instructions
It is recommended to change at least 30-50% of the water in the aquarium and clean the filter thoroughly before using Tetra Medica HexaEx.
Shake well before using. A treatment cycle lasts 7 days.
During treatment, make sure the aquarium is well oxygenated. Disconnect all devices with UV clarifier and ozone systems.
Do not use activated carbon or any other absorbent filter material to filter the water. Whenever possible, clean the filter properly before use.
Do not remove any fish during treatment to prevent infection of healthy fish.
Distribute Tetra Medica HexaEx evenly throughout the aquarium in the amounts provided below:
Day 1: 40 drops (2 ml) per 100 lo or 8 drops (0.4 ml) per 20;
Day 3: 30 drops (1.5 ml) per 100 l or 6 drops (0.3 ml) per 20;
Day 5: 30 drops (1.5 ml) per 100 l or 6 drops (0.3 ml) per 20;
Day 8: No request. Partially change the water (30-50%);
After a partial water change, we recommend using activated carbon to filter the water.
Do not use Tetra Medica HexaEx with other medicines.
If excessive amounts of product are added to the aquarium, do a partial water change equivalent to these amounts.
