- Balearic Islands, the orders will leave our warehouses on Wednesdays and will be delivered to the local transport in Palma Fridays. Between 48 and 72 hours.
- Spain delivery is 24 to 48 hours. Delivery urgent 14 hours will be delivered before 2:00 p.m. in provincial capitals and in towns that are less than 15 km from where we have a tipsa office. For the rest of the towns, they will be delivered before 6:00 p.m.
Check the conditions for deliveries on Saturday.
- Portugal delivery will be 72h, except Lisbon 48h.

Note: We will only contact the client in those cases in which availability exceeds 24 hours.
• Important: The courier company usually delivers packages during business hours in cities and in the morning in towns, so deliveries are more comfortable in places of work, neighbor or family. If you have any time preference for delivery between mornings or afternoons, you can indicate it in the comment space of the order and the courier company will try to do so, although it will be subject to the availability of the route. You have to take into account that the delivery time will depend on the route that the courier is assigned by your area and location, however, specify if a specific delivery day and time suits you, you only have to indicate it in the comments field that you will find when placing the order.
Can I receive the order at a different address than the one I have as a client?
Yes, when placing the order you will be asked where wants to receive it (ex: workplace, vacation, etc.)
How can I know the total shipping costs?
When placing the order before confirming it, I will specify the shipping costs.
What happens if no one is home when the courier arrives?
The courier company will contact you for a second free delivery . For this reason, it is important that the telephone number that we have in your client file is up to date.
For the shipping costs to be free, the total amount of the purchase must reach €39 , not counting discounts and shipping costs.
